Your family’s details stay with you.

Nothing is submitted

The personalisation form runs in your browser. First names, optional details and email are held only in the memory of the page you have open. They are not sent to SantaStory, a database, an audio provider or an email service. No account, order or recording is created.

Leaving clears the details

Refreshing or leaving the personalisation page clears your entries. You can also use “Clear details & start again”. There is no saved draft, cookie, local storage or session storage for your information. Please use fictional details when reviewing this preview.

Keep the details light

We ask only for a parent’s email, an adult confirmation and each child’s first name. Everything else is optional. Please do not include surnames, birthdates, addresses, schools, photographs, medical details or other sensitive information.

Website hosting

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics. Like other websites, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site. Form contents are not included in those requests. All fonts, artwork and sample audio are served from this website.

Before orders open

A full commercial privacy notice, retention policy and customer terms will be provided before checkout launches. This page describes the current preview, not a live ordering service.
